The Timeslots application

Timeslots is a web-based business application, built and operated by TCC Technologies, that field-service companies use to manage appointment scheduling, dispatch, and customer communication. Access is limited to authorized users at each business (tenant), reached at their own <tenant>.timeslots.online address.

To help keep customers informed about upcoming appointments, Timeslots can send transactional SMS text messages—such as a link to a technician's location or appointment details—to recipients who have explicitly opted in within the application. These messages are operational in nature and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
