Use of the Timeslots application

Timeslots is a business application intended for use by authorized users of a subscribing business (tenant), accessed at that tenant's own <tenant>.timeslots.online address. Access is not available to the general public.

SMS messaging terms

Within the Timeslots application, a user may opt in to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages related to their use of Timeslots, including requested appointment, dispatch, status, and location information.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information on our Contact page.
Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your or your organization's ability to use the Timeslots application, unless SMS delivery is required for a specific feature you have requested.
SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control, such as carrier network issues.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or the Timeslots application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
