Account and business information provided by an authorized Timeslots tenant in connection with scheduling and dispatch activity.

Why we collect phone numbers

TCC Technologies may receive a user's mobile phone number from an authorized Timeslots tenant as part of the user's staff or account information, or the number may be provided directly by the user.

Possession of a mobile phone number does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Before transactional SMS messaging is enabled, the user must separately confirm that the number is theirs or that they are authorized to use it and affirmatively opt in to receive SMS messages at that number.

Once a user has opted in, TCC Technologies uses the number to deliver transactional and informational SMS messages related to Timeslots functionality, such as requested appointment, dispatch, or location information.

We use the information described above to operate and support the Timeslots application, communicate with authorized users about their appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain and improve our website and services.
